We have signed an agreement which consists of renting and inspecting land so that no economical activity will be developed on the acres of rainforest being sponsored through the Acres Adoption Program. By receiving preservation fee the land owner can guarantee his subsistence without affecting the environment by planting soy or other crops, cattle ranching or timber extraction.
